cardiovascular
screening in your
organisation.
Our cardiovascular test uses a proprietary technology patented technology that identifies 12 parameters of cardiovascular health, as well as stress levels, vascular biological age, and risk of developing cardiovascular disease. This means we can, you can easily identify pre-symptomatic stages, three to five years before serious health problems occur and when changes are still reversible.
Stefan Kovac
CEO – Founder
We are on a mission to provide proactive approaches to cardiovascular care. Our commitment is to provide remote care that gives guidance to facilitate a healthier lifestyle. We serve the community by improving the quality of life through better cardiovascular health.
- We act as a medical services operator for mobile cardiovascular consultation across the UK.
- Our patented device serves as an information tool and uses pulse wave analysis technology.
- Since being founded we have provided independent services for both individuals and corporate clients.

Small and medium enterprises
Large companies
We will work with you to develop individualised care plans, including management of chronic diseases with our industry partners. Today we operate as a mobile testing service detecting early signs of cardiovascular diseases, such as:
- Atherosclerosis
- Essential Hypertension
- Heart Failure
- Coronary Arterial Disease
- High Risk of Stroke
- High Risk of Heart Attack
Vascular Stiffness
Vascular Stiffness in this test refers to the stiffness in the aorta, and may give an indication of central aortic systolic pressure.
Arterial Stiffness can be detected by measuring pulse wave velocity. If the PWV is too fast this indicates stiffness and this is a strong indicator of coronary heart disease and stroke.
AIp75 - Augmentation Index
A large amount of clinical evidence has been accumulated that demonstrates that the increase in augmentation index is significantly associated with an increased risk of overall mortality and mortality from diseases of the cardiovascular system, as well as with the risk of cardiovascular events.
Vascular Aging
Vascular aging refers to the health of your small and medium arteries. They are usually the first to show signs of damage, and the first to show improvement.
Endothelial dysfunction is a well established precursor to the development of atherosclerotic plaque and eventually cardiovascular disease.
Pulse Curve Type
What this is measuring is the forward wave and the returning pressure wave when the left ventricle of the heart contracts to pump blood from the chamber.
This contraction Pulse-Curve-Type sends a wave and what we are measuring is the time it takes for that pulse wave to return. The faster that wave returns, the stiffer the artery.
Aortic Pressure
Central Aortic Systolic Pressure or CASP is the blood pressure at the root of the aorta (the largest artery in the body). High aortic pressure can result in endothelial dysfunction and eventual atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, or a major cardiac event.
HR - Heart Rate
The pulse rate at the fingertip corresponds to the heart rate. The heart rate between 60 to 90 beats per minute is considered normal. The pulse rate analysis also provides information about the fitness level of the patient and aids in the detection of orthostatic hypotension.
Oxygen Saturation
Oxygen saturation of hemoglobin oxygen is a vital index. Your blood oxygen level is a measure of how much oxygen your red blood cells are carrying. Your body closely regulates your blood oxygen level. Maintaining the precise balance of oxygen-saturated blood is vital to your health.
Stress Index
This parameter is known as the cardiovascular system stress index or as the Baevsky index. It is applicable for the assessment of the heart rate variability. The parameter characterizes the state of the regulatory system, which controls the cardiovascular system. Stress index depends on the general health and fitness of the patient.
Ejection Duration
This parameter determines the ratio of the duration of the systole and the diastole in the cardiac cycle.
If the duration of systole is increased significantly, it can lead to poor perfusion of the myocardium, which is a risk factor of heart muscle damage.
RI - Reflection Index
The reflection index is used to assess the tone of the small muscular arteries. This can be useful in determining the spasm of small peripheral arteries, as a component of the pathogenesis of hypertension and chronic heart failure. The normal values of the reflection index do not exceed 30%.
dTpp
This time parameter is the time between the peaks of the direct (early systolic) and the reflected (late systolic) waves.
The longer is this time interval, the more elastic is the aorta.
